Counseling Services
Evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, families, and teens. In-person in Idaho Falls and via telehealth statewide.
Core Service
Our therapists work one-on-one with clients who are ready to stop surviving and start healing. Whether you're dealing with past trauma, a mental health diagnosis, overwhelming stress, or just the feeling that something isn't right — this is a safe, judgment-free space to work through it.
Sessions are 50 minutes and can be held in-person at our Idaho Falls office or via telehealth anywhere in Idaho.
Areas of Specialty
Every client is different. Our therapists draw from multiple evidence-based methods to match the approach to the person — not the other way around.

There's no set timeline — it depends entirely on your goals and what you're working through. Some clients see meaningful progress in a few sessions. Others benefit from longer-term support. Your therapist will work with you to find the right pace.
EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. It's a research-backed therapy that uses bilateral stimulation (like guided eye movements) to help your brain reprocess traumatic memories. Instead of reliving the pain, your brain learns to store the memory in a way that no longer triggers distress. It's one of the most effective treatments for trauma and PTSD.
